A glitch in Endless Online prevents players from talking/typing after they have learned a new skill. There are two ways to get around this listed below.
Method 1. Logging
Simply logout then login again.
Method 2. Dropping
Drop 1 gold onto the ground, then pick it back up.
I'm not sure who figured out the drop method, but it saves you a tad bit of trouble provided you have 1 spare gold, so be thankful.
