The Wise Man has been relocated below the Temple of Destiny(formerly King Tridian's Temple), directly north of Aeven. You'll now require level 10 to speak with the Wise Man.
New Quest
Also if you're headed to the castle click on the Royal Guard inside for a new daily quest! I'll have it in the Quest Guide section once I've completed it.
New Item(quest related)
There is a new item in game you receive from the new daily quest called "King Scroll". Using this scroll takes you obviously to the King's audience room. Here you can kill the King for a nifty 150XP. He still drops the Golden Crown as well just less frequently.

EDIT: YOU CAN NO LONGER KILL THE KING, HE IS NOW A FRIENDLY NPC WHO CURRENTLY HAS NO QUEST OR INTERACTION.
Dreamworld Blocked
The entrance to Dreamworld is currently blocked. You can use the beds to warp into the starting area where you'll find new "Dream Crystals". At the moment you can't fight with them and they just move around spouting off mystical shit.
